Jewellery Art Award and Exhibition
September 8th - October 28th Bi-annually
The exhibition, which provides an important promotional opportunity for Australian and New Zealand contemporary jewellers, is staged in alternate years to the Toowoomba Acquisitive Contemporary Fine Art Award.
Contemporary Wearables carries a first prize of $5,000 and second prize of $3,000 while up to $7,000 has been allocated for acquisitions.
Awards and acquisitions are announced at official openings in September 23rd.
Entries including 35 mm slides of works must be received at the Toowoomba Regional Art Gallery by May 18th and conditions of entry and entry forms can be obtained from the gallery.
This exhibition will be available for tour.
