'Tamarillo' is a new craft and art gallery residing in the inner city of Wellington at 102-108 Wakefield Street. The premise is located within the vicinity of the art gallery, the Public Library, Information Centre, cafes and hotels.

Our main customers include both tourists and the local Wellingtonians. The outlet displays contemporary artwork by NZ artists as well as a selection of distinctive and quality handmade NZ crafts such as wood turning, ceramics, pottery, sculpture, jewellery, woollen products, T-shirts and unique gifts etc from throughout the country. Images of work and the gallery are attached in the next section.

The gallery is artistically designed and fitted by a group of artists led by Martin Kelly of the WorkShop. It is very spacious and hence an ideal location for exhibition.

Our hope is that the gallery can contribute to the promotion of NZ crafts and artwork to overseas and local people alike.
