This is a catalogue for the exhibition "In Between" in Dec/Jan 99-2000.
One of the interesting things about this catalogue is that it shows the variety of Pauline Rhodes' work, as Felicity Milburn writes in her conclusion "The challenge of Rhodes' work has always been in its deliberate navigation around definitions and categories; between sculpture and photography ; installation and performance; architecture and landscape, body and mind." Rhodes is most well known in NZ for her environmental sculpture and photography but this catalogue opens up the potential of a variety of ways of seeing and interpreting her work.
