Introducing a new applied arts gallery in Martinborough.

The Moazark Gallery,
Opening Day,
Saturday 28th August,
10am - 4.30pm.

The Moazark Gallery to be run by Nick Blake and Michelle Richecoeur, will focus on high quality applied arts from a range of New Zealand's established and emergent artists. 0ur range will be showing contemporary jewellery, glass, ceramic sculpture, and other 3 dimensional works. We warm to work that is whimsical, joyful and playful as well as greatly appreciating works of simple elegance.

Assorted whirligigs

The Moazark Gallery is a new development to our business Moazark Wind Toys and Whirligigs which has been running successfully in Martinborough for the past four year.
Moazark whirligigs bring a splash of colour and movement to any garden and are perfect gifts and souvenirs. Beautiful, durable and weather-proof our original hand-crafted designs are made to revel in the wind, some preferring a light delicate zephyr while others crave the vigour of a roustabout storm. The whirligigs are designed to attach to a fence, balcony or gable, or fasten down on a flat surface accordingly, and will withstand sun, rain, snow and inquisitive dogs!

Kingfisher Whirligig

Martinborough, located 70 minutes from Wellington, has huge appeal for international and local tourists due to it's award winning wines, fine food and charming homestays. Up until recently applied arts were represented in Martinborough by Andree de La Tour of The Holy Cow Designer Craft Gallery.
